First Baptist Church of Perryville supports our community by providing hunger relief to Perry County residents twice a week. We collect and distribute food to individuals and families that are experiencing food insecurity. We are a drive through food pantry that is open every Monday from 11:00am—1:00pm. We distribute perishable and non-perishable foods. On Fridays, we distribute produce on a first come basis at 9:30am. We serve approximately 60-70 families every Monday and approximately 15-20 families every Friday.
This ministry is supported by the Southeast Missouri Food Bank, donations from church and community members, community projects, and weekly donations from our local Walmart and Aldi stores. Our staff is comprised of faithful volunteers of all ages who work 2-3 mornings each week. We are committed to responding to the needs of our community.
